"I would like to thank the teachers and students of the Trinity Hospitality team for the wonderful support they gave me on 30 November 2022. It was a special day in our lives, the reopening of Ss Peter and Paul's Old Cathedral. When the celebration cake was cut, it was a great honour for the students and myself to work together.
