- WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!
This week the College held two swimming carnivals at the Goulburn Aquatic Centre. Our Annual College Swimming Carnival was held on Monday 17 February and our Long Distance Carnival on Wednesday 19 February. Both events were very successful and we are proud of the participation and sportmanship shown by students on both days.
Congratualtions to all involved and to those students who have progressed to the Archdiocesan Carnival which will be held next Tuesday 25 February 2020.
Congratulations to our AFL Star Oliver Robertson!!!
Congratulations to Oliver Robertson who has been selected to join the Giants (Greater Western Sydney) Under 15 AFL Development Squad.
GWS Giants in the ACT and Sydney Swans in collaboration with AFL NSW/ACT run a junior academy and development programs across the State and Territory designed to maximise the development of AFL players in the junior ranks.
The Under 15 Squad is made up of 30 talented young men who participate in an elite long term development program under the guidance and support of professional coaches. The program is specialised and tailored to their specific age group and provides a first class training environment.
This is Oliver’s 4th year in the Academy where he works hard every year to earn selection into the State Zone Carnival played in Albury each September. The carnival is an opporutnity to experience the world of playing AFL football at the very highest level. He is working hard and aims to grow into an elite athlete and play at the very highest level in the future.
Well done Oliver, we are proud of you!
