COVID restrictions HAVE CHANGED to allow us to offer uniform fittings in person. The Trinity Uniform Shop will continue to operate online as well.
To make a booking for a uniform fitting, please book via email uniform.tccg@cg.catholic.edu.au. Natalie Albury will contact you to confirm the booking. Parents will be requested to show their vaccination certificate.
There are quite a few existing student Qkr! orders ready for collection on Thursdays any time after school (ie not before 3.30pm) from the Uniform Shop. Double vaccinated adults are allowed on Campus to collect their uniform shop order. Social distancing rules will apply in the Uniform Shop.
When Year 7 2022 orders are ready, parents will be contacted to arrange collection. We are still awaiting the delivery of stock for some of these orders.
Some helpful hints when ordering online include:
- The Girls/Ladies blazers and blouses (both summer and winter) are in women's sizing. The sizes can be taken 2- 3 sizes UP to get the student (children) equivalent sizing. eg: Size 8 Women's Blouse would be the same as a 14-year-old student size.
- The Girls/Ladies skirts are in children's sizing. eg: Size 14 equates to the size of a 14 year old students. Both summer and winter skirts have adjustors on both sides.
- The Boys Trousers sizing are in children's sizing. eg: Size 14 equates to the size of a 14 year old student. Size 18 measures a 82cm waist.
- The Men's Trousers increase by 5cm in the waist each size starting at Size 5 (87cm waist).
- The PE shorts and PE Trackpants (new 2020 tapered style) are unisex and tend to run small for their fit. If normally a 14-year-old's sizing, it would be suggested to purchase two sizes up eg: small.
Please know purchases can always be exchanged if they are not the correct size.

The Canteen will be open at recess and lunch to different year groups, on allocated days. Only the year group allocated can use the canteen. The other year groups will order their lunch through QkR! and have it delivered as they currently do.
The canteen will only open for the first 15 minutes at recess and the first 20 minutes at lunch.

The Council of Catholic School Parents NSW/ACT (CCSP) invite parents and carers to join the eSafety Commissioner's education and training team for a free live webinar on Monday, 22 November 2021 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. The webinar will provide parents and carers with strategies to assist young people and their mental health when engaging in an online environment. The webinar will cover topics such as: What to do about accidental exposure to content about suicide, self-harm and eating disorders.
Interested parents and carers can register their participation online by completing a brief registration form.

Hello again from the Goulburn Show Society.
The show will be held on 5 and 6 March 2022. Again thank you for your interest and participation in the 2021 show and look forward to your involvement in 2022.
The College should be notified of any foreseen student leave. An Application for Exemption Form is available from the College Office and is required to be completed by parents/carers and returned to the College at least 10 school days prior to any leave. Leave or travel over 10 days requires a different form; please contact Reception. If, during the period of leave, your child has assessments due they should also complete the Notification of Planned Absence form which is in the appendix of their student assessment handbook.
When your child needs to leave School early, please make sure they complete the following steps:
1. A written note signed from their parent/carer. This note can be made in the Student diary on the day of the planned absence, or on a separate piece of paper.
2. The student then takes the note to Homeroom and asks their Homeroom teachers to sign it.
3. The note must also be signed by a House Coordinator.
4. The student comes to the front office with their signed note.
5. Front office staff assist student to sign out.
6. Students wait for parent/carer to collect them.
Please note, parent or carer MUST present to the Office to collect student.
